These openings will be on 2nd shift and may require weekend availability

Your Day:

Provide a professional and courteous experience with the fleet of drivers in order to create a positive experience.

Communicate via phone, email and other resources.

Listen and respond to contractor questions or issues and provide an appropriate solution.

Monitor the progress of all shipments and intervene as needed.

Document key contractor, driver, and carrier interactions in the freight management system.

Perform other duties as required.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree or 1-3 years’ experience in transportation and/or customer service or sales.

Excellent communication skills.

Demonstrated experience building relationships.

Ability to problem solve, respond and multi-task.

Strong computer skills.
