We are looking for eager, driven, inside Sales Specialist I employees. This sales position manages accounts, not people, and is responsible for selling transportation brokerage services to potential customers. This role execute work including but not limited to identifying prospects, cold calling, cultivating relationships and servicing all customer needs.

Your Day:
Build a portfolio of qualified customers.
Act as the point of contact for the customer regarding any inquiry related to the management and movement of shipments.
Problem solve, address concerns and implement solutions for customers.
Contact customers to obtain the necessary information to resolve discrepancies and when necessary to expedite payment.
Partner with the operations team to ensure that customer needs are met through the operational execution of the loads.
Adhere to all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or some college with relatable work experience.
2-5 years’ experience in sales or related area preferred
Ability to multitask
Microsoft Office experience
