This is a 2nd Shift Opportunity between the hours of 12:30pm and 10:00pm.

Job Summary:

The Account Development Specialist I builds relationships with customers to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. This role represents customer needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality with a focus on reliable, profitable growth.

Your Day:
Executes the customer engagement strategy to meet customer expectations, maintain overall service and ensure a consistent customer experience.

Provides day to day customer service activities - communication, decision making, problem resolution and basic analysis.

Responds to customers by answering questions, pricing and providing timely sales quotes.

Provides customer support related to the entry, execution, and management or orders.

Provides support to internal sales representative group.

Identifies unresolved customer issues, continuous improvement, and new service opportunities to leadership.

Adhere to all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Perform other duties as required.

What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree with 2 or more years of customer service or related experience or High School diploma/equivalent with 4 years of customer service or related experience.

Prefer at least 1 year experience with monitoring shipments and updating.

Ability to gather information accurately and relay to appropriate parties.

Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Ability to change directions quickly.

Strong written and verbal communication.
