Position Overview: These openings are on the Overnight (3rd) Shift and the schedule will be 4 10 hour days a week. Weekend availability may be required. The start date is scheduled for early February 2020.
Air Services Customer Service Agent
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have the ability to think quickly on your feet while providing a great customer experience? FedEx Custom Critical is currently seeking customer service agents to join our Air Services team.
In this position, you will be responsible for monitoring domestic and international air shipments for some of the country’s leading businesses. This includes working with the customer to provide a wide variety of customized options and solutions, ensuring the customer’s shipment delivers on time, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise.
