This replacement required to manage the span of 25 employees of Customs Clearance Agent performing the job scope of daily face to face customs assessment as well as reassessment case of disputes and information clarification with Customs.


Work Location: KLIA Cargo Center

The position will be managing a team performing customer contact in relation to customs clearance issues and also the customs clearance team.


'The replacement FTE is required to manage the span of 25 employees of Customs Clearance Agent performing the job scope of daily face to face customs assessment as well as reassessment case of disputes and information clarification with Customs. On top of the day to day job function, the role also requires heavy interaction and feedback on system improvement and engagement with customers from few major account due to the highly technical clearance requirement for Apple, Ericsson, ABB.
