Position Summary:

The responsibilities of the Infrastructure Operations Readiness Lead will include:

·         Accountability for scoping the support requirements across the Infrastructure Design/Build and Run organisation teams
·         Defining the Infrastructure run Capability Tower engagement model and Infrastructure Operations Transition Acceptance criteria
·         Review and re-engineer the move to production process, engaging with key stakeholders within the International Infrastructure organisation
·         Accountability for the quality of delivery and successful Transfer to Infrastructure Operations for new and changed services in line with ITIL best practice
·         Infrastructure Operating Model development and associated processes ensuring all Infrastructure Operations run capabilities are in scope
·         Collaboration and coordination between business owners, Demand and PMO, Project Managers, Build and Design teams
·         Communicating between all key stakeholders to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of new services into the Infrastructure Operational Run organisation
·         Ensure Service Management procedures are implemented within the Infrastructure Operations team and any deviations and risks are measured, reported and maintained to promote continual improvement
·         Collaborating with multiple partners and suppliers, across various disciplines
·         Ensuring the Infrastructure and Operations team is ready to support the new and/or changed services
·         Liaising with internal technical subject matter experts and business owners of key platforms and processes ensuring end to end Operations Transition Acceptance criteria are met
