Position Summary:

Our Hub Operations in Marston Gate requires a motivated, organised and detail conscious individual to join the team as Hub Administrator.  Reporting to the Administration Supervisor you will the key administrator and be responsible for ensuring that all processes within the Hub Operations meet the needs to ensure that the centralised & regionalised centres can operate efficiently and effectively.

This position will be required to carry out the daily functions of the Department, completing all designated tasks efficiently and accurately including but not limited to:

  • Keeping files up to date
  • Ensure accurate details of absence, holidays, leave etc are recorded
  • Accurate completion of wages
  • HR administration

The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for numeracy and have excellent communication skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  Previous experience of using SAP would be considered advantageous for this role.
