This is an interview position. GENERAL SUMMARY Verifies import information, requests clearance instructions and broker designation. Responsible for performing duties related to the processing of import paperwork, including resolution, tracing and tracking of problem shipments and; updating and recording of shipment status to ensure the customer receives the best experience we can offer. Provides accurate information and assistance to customers requiring international shipment information.

Position Summary:
Verifies import information, requests clearance instructions and broker designation. Responsible for performing duties related to the processing of import

best experience we can offer. Provides accurate information and assistance to customers requiring international shipment information.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Computer/Technical Skills
Knowledge of Canadian Customs Import and Export regulations preferred
Microsoft Excel - Basic - (Preferred)
 Leadership Skill Competencies

Miscellaneous 
Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with the appropriate equipment if position is located at the following ports: YQG, YOW, YEG, YWG, YYC
In the province of Quebec, must be bilingual (French and English)
