GENERAL SUMMARY : As a key resource for the Canadian Sales team,
works with Sales Management to identify training opportunities/interventions to close/reduce sales on road performance gaps. Researches, develops/ implements training solutions within the Canadian Sales organization in support of the overall objective
of building/ maintaining a high performing workforce while ensuring an optimal return on investment. Responsible for orientation, facilitation of new hire
Sales Launch Pad training, acts as on-road coach/mentor to new sales professionals to ensure a positive/seamless on-boarding experience.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
5 years Experience in a Sales Professional role, with proven ability to educate, coach and motivate peers.
Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint - Intermediate
Overnight travel required (approximately 40%)
