This is an interview position. GENERAL SUMMARY To formulate budgets, and execute the program for aircraft introductions, financial considerations, legal aspects for development, corporate identity, real estate transactions, and construction. The incumbent must function as a focal point (FedEx representative) for all aspects of projects development in the international regional markets.

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent - Architecture, Construction, Engineering
Planning & Administration - 6 years - Architectural, engineering and/or construction disciplines in the development & completion of multimillion dollar projects with emphasis on project/construction management
Planning & Administration - 6 years - Completion of multimillion dollar projects with emphasis on project management/construction management and administration of capital projects
Knowledge of international environment including local government and business practices
Basic management skills
Good human relations skills
Some travel required
