Two years University/College or equivalent. Five years business experience including two years of Call Center Experience. Previous management or supervisory experience in a service environment strongly preferred. Must have excellent communication (written/oral) skills. Must be fluent in English. Personable and able to work under pressure in a changing work environment. MAESTRO certification required.
