Responsible for creating and maintaining databases and reports, utilizing various IT platforms. Performs the final review and the execution of negotiated agreements. Ensures assigned projects are executed - timely and accurately. Serves as a functional expert to ensure various projects and IT programs meet the Negotiation department’s business needs.
•Maintains and/or modifies Negotiation IT programs to meet business needs.
•Identifies issues and opportunities that could impact related Negotiations processes and takes appropriate action.
•Completes FWR (FedEx Work Request), BRS (Business Requirement Specifications) and other IT requests for Negotiation initiatives and solutions.
•Communicates IT issues to Negotiation management and works with the Negotiations department and ISP Engineering to ensure these matters are adequately resolved.
•Responds to procedure and technology issues relating to executing new agreements, as well as, specific questions and inquiries relating to the standup processes.
•Completes negotiation agreement reviews and address IT processing errors and discrepancies between contract generation and PCAT.
•Communicates with Field Management, ISP Authorized Officers, and various internal departments.
•Assists Department Engineer with various projects.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or related field preferred or high school degree and four (4) years related experience is accepted in lieu of degree

•Excellent communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information
•Microsoft suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Access)
•Proficient computer skills (Oracle, Visual Basic or related preferred)
•Presentations to groups or individuals
•Attention to detail; Reviewing Contracts terms and rates.
•Interpersonal skills necessary to work professionally with all levels of the organization, build collaborative working relationships and to gain input and influence decision makers
•Excellent time management and organization skills necessary to manage multiple projects and respond to day-to-day needs
•Ability to manage time and prioritize duties and responsibilities with minimal guidance and supervision
