Job Description


Under general supervision, responsible for design, development, and maintenance of departmental multimedia products including web based applications. Collaborate with business partners to enhance the look and feel of the user experience and interface. Effectively deploy innovative designs within the corporate environment to support the organization's mission and strategies. Responsible for reporting, analysis and user acceptance surveys. May include consultation on vendor/purchasing recommendations related to web design. Troubleshooting and technical maintenance.


1. Use skills and expertise to design and develop web sites using the most innovative programming languages, including but not limited to: HTML5, JavaScript and CSS
2. Consult with team members, business users and other subject matter experts to establish expectations, needs, timelines, range and scope of work along with cost considerations
3. Develop, maintain and perform usability and functional testing procedures/processes
4. Perform continuous maintenance and revision of sites/customer products, providing best in class service
5. Consult with business partners/customers on security policies and brand standards
6. Keep up to date with technological and software developments to promote innovation
7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
8. Perform other assignments (or duties) as required

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, marketing or related field plus two (2) years’ experience in web design, development, interface development and/or user experience enhancement
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Ability to work independently and as a team member with strong collaborative skills
Working knowledge of and ability to use development software
Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to organize concepts or ideas in a logical manner and communicate them clearly and concisely


Must be able to travel
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as hours may vary based on operational need
