Job Description


To oversee the intake, progress and closure of education projects within the Learning & Development organization.


1. Develop comprehensive project plans for communication to stakeholders, impacted teams, and leadership both within Learning & Development and through the organization
2. Establish project teams ensuring appropriate coverage and subject matter expertise while considering diversity of skills, individual strengths, and experience levels
3. Track project performance analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals
4. Leverage communication skills to work with approvers throughout the organization ensuring timely approvals are secured at each applicable phase
5. Performance consulting with designers, subject matter experts and business partners to establish expectations, needs, timelines, range and scope of work, cost considerations and connectivity across the organization
6. Analyze historical project data to forecast resource needs for future projects
7. Keep up to date with technology and software developments to promote innovation
8. Participate in quality assurance efforts
9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
10. Perform other assignments (or duties) as required

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience plus two (2) years’ experience in Project Management or related experience
Knowledge of project management techniques and processes, preferred
Project Management Certification (PMP), preferred
Must be able to work with employees and management across all levels
Strong analytical, problem solving, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge of applicable operating systems, preferred
Knowledge of query software and Learning Management System (LMS), preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization
Ability to work independently and as a team member


Must be able to travel
Must be able to work a flexible schedule as hours may vary based on operational need
