Job Description

Lead a team of professionals responsible for the development of short and long range strategic workforce plans, competency modeling, selection tools, performance management, succession planning, leadership assessment and development. Responsible for tactical planning to include the allocation of resources.

1. Manage and develop workforce specialists to ensure performance objectives are met and provide guidance in their individual growth
2. Mobilize the HR organization to a data driven function developing key performance indicators, statistical modeling, and reporting mechanisms to facilitate effective decision support
3. Responsible for the design and development of analytical reports, as well as interpreting results, formulating recommendations and presenting to various business leaders across the organization
4. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic workforce plans
5. Leverage change management and project management skills to effectively implement workforce planning and analytics best practices
6. Direct the development, validation, and implementation of selection tools and processes
7. Support performance management including MBOs, coaching, talent review, succession planning, and leadership development tools
8. Collaborate with the operations leaders, field personnel and other internal departments and use expert knowledge to identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions including team development
9. Partner with senior leadership to identify, develop and implement strategies, policies and programs
10. Develop and track budget for all workforce planning projects and initiatives
11. Partner with other teams to implement Workforce Planning initiatives
12. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
13. Perform other duties as required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, industrial psychology, mathematics, or other related field plus five (5) years of experience in a related field with demonstrated ability of identifying areas of opportunity and successful implementations
Exceptional written and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels across the organization
Strong organizational/time management and multi-tasking abilities
Proven experience in change management preferred
High level of initiative and ability to lead in new or rapidly evolving areas with limited direction
Comfortable working in unclear situations
Ability to analyze and blend complex quantitative data into easy to understand and actionable recommendations that motivate organizational leaders
Experience solving problems using advanced quantitative approaches and answering hard questions with data
Advanced proficiency in MS Office including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Knowledge of Access, data modeling, statistical analysis and predictive modeling
Strong project management and team leadership skills
