Job Description


Responsible for accurately coding and processing all invoices for entry into the system based on FedEx guidelines and preparing invoices for distribution to customers.


1. Encode all invoices with proper General Ledger account distributions based upon FedEx guidelines to aid in proper Financial reporting of expenses and payments
2. Scan invoices into the imaging system for internal processing and document retention
3. Print invoices and prepare for mailing to customers
4. Verify invoices for compliance to company policy guidelines for invoice approval
5. Participate in month end close processes to ensure all invoices are processed
6. Perform other duties as required


• High School Diploma required
• Post-secondary diploma in business, accounting or finance, preferred
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes, preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
