Job Description


Responsible for the administration of safety-related Contractor resources, including databases, accident files, and education


1. Maintain safety & compliance database

2. Maintain all contractor/driver accident/incident files

3. Coordinate log retention and audit

4. Coordinate administration of safety-related online courses

5. Assist Operations with contractor communications

6. Provide support to all applicable team members

7. Code and process invoices for fleet maintenance and other services

8. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

9. Assist with the administration of the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) program by responding to contractor/driver questions and concerns

10. Administer the regulatory and incentive programs through monthly reporting

11. Perform other duties as required

High school diploma, required

Two (2) years administrative experience, required and One (1) year safety & compliance experience in transportation, preferred

Knowledge of Federal and Provincial Governmental Transportation Regulations

Demonstrated experience and ability to lead organizational and cross-sector teams

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

Strong verbal and written skills

Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet and Outlook)


Willingness to travel

Flexibility and adaptability to working environment
