POSITION OVERVIEW:
Responsible for leading operational compliance related initiatives/processes by overseeing Snapshot process and monitor related operations policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Promote, educate, monitor, and support all operational processes at service centres
2. Ensure various stages of Snapshot completion and validation
3. Provide detailed compliance education to operations personnel
4. Monitor and review policies and procedures related to operational compliance
5. Monitor and review operational forms
6. Work with operational leadership to create and implement actions plans using QDM methodology
7. Oversee compliance related to cartage agents
8. Responsible for special assignments/projects as related to operational compliance
9. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
10. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years related work experience
• Three (3) years transportation experience
• Experience and ability to use FedEx Freight core Operational computer systems and applications, preferred
• Knowledge of LTL industry, including understanding of the characteristics of freight, LTL trucking industry and the movement of freight, preferred
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures, preferred
• Good time management, organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)



WORKING CONDITIONS:
• Must be able to travel as needed
• Hours may vary due to operational need
• May be subject to varying weather conditions and/or loud noises when working within the Service Centre
