Job Description

Responsible for providing administrative support for the Accounts Payable and Settlement functions.

1. Perform mailroom duties by printing and preparing invoices for distribution to customers
2. Provide coverage for reception when required, by answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
3. Process incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for courier service
4. Maintain mailroom supplies and place orders when required
5. File/scan department paperwork
6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
7. Perform other duties as required

• High school diploma, required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent typing/data entry skills
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
• Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office software

• Extensive standing, bending and twisting (70%)
• Lifting/carrying up to 15lbs/7kg
