To provide accurate information and assistance to customers in the markets covered by the consolidated Trace centre on delivery information, customs clearance information; to communicate with customers experiencing service delivery problems and resolve issues with customers and service complaints with the objective to achieve customer satisfaction and retain customers.

Education: Secondary or equivalent
Experience: Two (2) years of experience in customer service and interaction.
