Delivery Manager - capable of managing BPO relationship in Finance Operations, focused on delivery excellence, transformation and standardization with in the processes; knowledge required in PTP and RTR process aspects.


Experienced Finance professional with BPO experience. Will be responsible to manage delivery for BPOs, who are responsible for TNT Finance Operations. Knowledge in PTP and RTR needed. Stakeholder management in the Region will be key, along with ensuring good operational performance in the BPO Team. There will be the need to stretch the extra mile and help ensure standardization is in place, along with eliminating non value add processes. Driving the right mind set and behavior in the BPO partner will be key to this role.
