To complete all types of audit activities and the analysis of data and information in an accurate and timely manner. This includes tracking and resolving complex audit issues, reviewing repetitive errors, monitoring and tracking quality issues, responding to customer quality requests and ensuring errors are not duplicated along with communicating information on these activities.


Ensures files are completed accurately and timely according to us and global export law, restricted party screening, global import laws and customer contract specifications, if applicable. Ensures the workflow is processed accurately and timely to and from other groups. Records and tracks errors to improve the quality of work completed and communicate as required. Records and tracks complex audit issues to initiate corrective action and ensure future issues do not occur. This includes working with classification and operations groups, regulatory services, vendors, shippers, customs, government agencies and customer quality assurance groups. Works with intra-departmental or cross functional teams to constantly identify opportunities for process and systems improvement. Provides support for and participates in compliance related projects while keeping current and informed on changing and developing laws and regulations. Provides directions and guidance to team members by answering questions on audit activities and regulatory inquiries. May assist with the creation of computer based training modules and provide in person or web based training, as needed.

High school diploma/GED. Two (2) years of industry related experience. Working knowledge of export compliance including knowledge of itar, export licensing, aes filing and us census requirements, bis regulations, export classification & import compliance preferred. Analyze data & information to make sound decisions in a time sensitive atmosphere. Maintains a high degree of credibility, independence, integrity, confidentiality and trust. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers. Effective organizational skills to complete multiple duties and meet multiple deadlines while providing a high level of customer service.
