To facilitate the development of integration plans for future acquisitions and participate in post-acquisition execution. Host, maintain and continually refine the company's integration methodology and e-playbook. Provide training to cross OpCo teams on methodology, e-playbook, and Integration best practices, defining and executing improvement opportunities as required. Directly supports and engage in transitions during development of strategic business cases and early integration planning. Actively support integration PMOs, driving and utilization of the company's methodology and advising integration teams through key planning and execution milestones. Responsible for post-transaction monitoring of key metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or directly related discipline. Master's Degree strongly preferred. Six years (6) experience in global, complex, cross-functional program management, merger and acquisition integration planning and execution or related business planning and implementation. Strong project/program management experience and financial skills. Experience with program management software applications. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments. Excellent leadership, strategic thought leadership, negotiation, human relations, basic management, and communication skills. Transportation industry experience strongly preferred.
