To lead, prospect, sell, implemet and provide training on transaction interfaces (EDI, networking platforms) to internal and external customers; to retain customers and increase automated volume and revenues through selling the stand-alone and integrated transportaion applications. To train, retrain and assist in account penetration strategies in the FedEx customer base within an assigned area and support customers with the objective to maximize automated cutsomer base and generate revenue for FedEx.
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related discipline. Experience: Four (4) years related professional experience in computer science, sales or face to face cusomer contact experience.
