TO design, develop and implement operations plans and programs and assist in manpower, system or network planning projects with the objectives to ensure service and operations excellence, increase revenue and enhance customer experience with the objective to achieve FedEx APAC productivity and service goals.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Two (2) years of professional experience in industrial engineering, operations management or analysis, network planning, aviation industry or related fields.

We currently have a full-time Engineer/Sr. Engineer position in our Planning & Engineering (P&E) Department. The successful candidate will perform the end-to-end process engineering support to the operations of FedEx and TNT in Indonesia.

The key responsibilities of this role include, but not limited to the following:

  • Development and implementation of operating plans based on best practices
  • Create an analytical process that justifies business decision
  • Driver of continuous process improvements
  • Capacity modelling which includes, but not limited to, work flow planning, space requirements, equipment layout & staffing models
  • Review service performance matrices and analyse service changes impact
  • Lead and/or coordinate special project initiatives
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
  • Presentation of data/business proposals to Local or Regional senior management
