Assist attorneys with contract reviews, reports and special projects as assigned.


Reviews and prepares sales, spend and corporate contracts as submitted, outlining the major issues and concerns to identify potential risk. Submits contract issues to the appropriate department for input and follow through on recommendations for changes. Elevates potential impasse issues to attorneys for review. Recommends contract language where necessary. Maintains contract log. Provides support to attorneys as necessary and other duties as assigned.

Two (2) years college or equivalent. Two (2) years of experience in contract administration or related field with emphasis on contract bidding, contract execution or contract review preferred. Logistics industry experience preferred. Will require quickly developing a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures, pricing and general contract requirements. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and O365. Ability to work independently. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills including problem solving ability. Must be detail oriented and a self-starter with the ability to effectively set priorities.
