• To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Country Manager • To provide administrative support to the Operations Manager • To provide other general office management support services


• Prepare PowerPoint presentation slides
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
• Maintain all records and files properly
• Responsible for the general maintenance of the office including the office equipment
• Replenishment of office stationeries and supplies, including envelopes, letterheads, name cards etc., and verification of invoices
• Purchase and upkeep of pantry supplies
• Arrangement of courier and mailing services
• Collection and distribution of incoming mails
• General reception duties including issuing of visitor pass to visitors
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management
