Under general supervision, to provide legal counsel and advice on international legal activities for the Company and its subsidiaries and alliances, including sales, litigation, environmental regulations, regulatory and labor law compliance; to advise Regional Senior Management on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of projects, transactions and operations in the Region; to serve as legal counsel to Regional management with the objective of ensuring legal fitness and compliance with local laws and regulations.


Education and Qualification: Law degree from an accredited institution and admission to the Bar or Law Society or legal association of practitioners or equivalent professional body and current practicing Certificate or equivalent document (where available) Experience: Four (4) years related experience as an attorney, either in a private law firm or the legal department of a publicly-held corporation Two (2) years experience in commercial, corporate law or litigation
