To provide station operations with organizational and administrative support, act as a direct customer interface; to handle shipments; advise on features of service, respond to customer inquiries and support them with the resolution of their issues; to comply with all operational, security and safety policies, procedures and processes with the objective to meet service commitments and maximize customer service.

Education and Qualifications:
Secondary education or equivalent. Forklift operations ticket/license/certificate (optional). Valid driver’s license (optional). Dangerous goods certificate (optional)
Experience: Two (2) years professional experience in service industry, preferably involving customer contact.

Package sorting and handling. Loading and unloading to/from ULDs, baggage carts, vans. Use of systems and MS Office (Word, Outlook email, Excel). Required to work on Sundays for Imports sort.
