To provide key support activities inclusive of performing World Service Counter functions, management of inventory, equipment and supplies, tracking and tracing, administrative & system support and monitoring vendors (in locations where applicable) to ensure smooth operations running. Package Handling: Incumbent must ensure accurate and timely processing of drop-off packages. Package problem resolution: Incumbent must locate and respond, in a timely manner, on shipment status. Resolve more complex problems related to package handling and shipment, when necessary. Inventory control and maintenace: Incumbent must issue and maintain equipment supplies for station operations in a timely manner. Operations Service Support: Incumbent must provide administrative support.

Experience: 0 years of experience; for senior agent: 18 months of related work experience
