To provide plan, organize, and direct the sales/consulting activities and services necessary to meet revenue targets.

Selects, trains, develops and motivates a staff of professional employees; administers a revenue goal based on business plan. Provides daily management of multiple complex, strategically important client or alliance relationships. Assists in the development of new projects in international trade and customs. Conducts in-house training and participates in seminar series in a leadership role. Negotiates contract terms with clients, including price, deliverables, scheduling, and acts as manager/primary point of contact. Manages client expectations and able to generate follow-up on business from existing clients. Serves as back up for representing trade services at trade shows.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Five (5) years experience in customs, trade, transportation or supply chain management to include a consulting role. Prior management experience required. Customs brokers license preferred. Strong strong analytical skills, basic management, human relations and communication skills required. Ability and willingness to travel both domestic and inter- national.
