To support operations in the areas of reporting, training/education, communications, customer contact, and performance improvement by recommending, implementing, and evaluating projects for all business units. Analyzes customs related issues and requirements. May be required to lead project teams.

Leads and/or serves on project teams in support of operations and engineers tasked with process improvement. Assists in the development of process improvement recommendations by conducting thorough analysis and testing. Maintains project records, collects project information, and produces subsequent notes and reports. Communicates project status to management and staff. Uses research, operational knowledge and reporting to provide root cause analysis and feedback to operations. Acts as a liaison between management and operations in coordinating and auditing projects. Works with internal and external customers as needed. Provides trending analysis and identifies variations/anomalies in the analysis. Responsible for preparation of formal management reports and presentations. Designs and maintains internal reporting tools using mms access and excel.

Associates degree/equiv in business, comp science, mis or related. 2 Yrs exp field/industry. Must have experience with MS Office, ms project, and visio. Knowledge of customs and other federal agency laws, regulations and procedures governing the customs brokerage industry. Strong organizational, human relations and communication skills. Customs broker's license or ccs is preferred. Ftn brokerage and transportation systems experience is preferred.
