To deliver consultative services on a corporate-wide basis; to design, develop, implement, and administer affirmative action and other compliance programs to ensure maximum efficiency, cost effectiveness, and adherence to overall corporate philosophy, policies and procedures.

Develops EEO policy statements, affirmative action (AA) programs, and internal and external communication procedures; conducts mid-year and year-end monitoring of affirmative action plans (AAP) and reports findings. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of FTN AAPs and program. Serves as FTN liaison with regulatory and enforcement agencies; responds to the office of federal contract compliance programs (FCC) scheduling letters, audit requests, and findings. Conducts annual compliance audits of human resources and recordkeeping practices to identify potential AAP/EEO problems. Designs and implements internal audit and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of the AAP program; determines the degree to which AAP goals and objectives are met; and identifies the need for remedial action. Advises management and human resources in employment and selection of internal and external applicants. Keeps management and human resources informed of equal opportunity progress and reports potential problems. Ensures all employment activities are in compliance with state and federal employment laws. Ensures compliance with data collection/analysis obligations imposed by the fcc. Develops and facilitates AAP training for managers and HR professionals. Maintains knowledge and awareness of the regulatory environment related to human resources.

Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Six(6) years professional experience in more than one of the following areas with demonstrated knowledge in the majority of the remaining areas: recruitment/employment practices, compensation administration, employee relations, and eeo/aap administration. Professional accreditation preferred. Knowledge of regulatory environment related to human resources. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and excel; strong analytical, organizational, planning and problem skills required; excellent human relations and communication skills.
