Evaluate, plan, design, develop and execute worldwide go to market strategies and promotional initiatives that support the organization's global strategy and ensures achievement of volume and profitability goals. Individual must be able to develop marketing strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders while determining the most effective communication channels.


Designs, develops and implements international marketing plans and time lines. Works with executive management to develop marketing strategies that enhance the company's ability to meet the revenue objectives. Collaborates with key stakeholders throughout the corporation (cross OpCo) and key agency partners. Recommends cross OpCo strategies, tactics and metrics that drive results through promotion of the corporations complete portfolio of services. Employs innovative approaches to reach target audiences including traditional channels such as presentations, direct mail, printed publications, and intranet, as well as emerging digital and social medal channels. Ensures the FedEx brand is upheld throughout the regions and all promotional items are properly branded following the global brand guidelines. Coordinates project activities and consults across multiple project teams and regions. Advises key executives on trade shows and events that will increase sales from current customers, provide new revenue from prospects, and increase lead generation. Analyzes roi on marketing plans and events and provides solutions to increase effectiveness. Provides mentoring for the development of newer team members.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, advertising or related disciplines. Five (5) years experience in: marketing, advertising, branding, go to market (G2M) strategies. International marketing experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, project management and human relations skills preferred.
