Human Resources Internship Program
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals in the field, and contribute to meaningful projects that support departmental goals.
Internship Activities
- Provide support with daily departmental operations and initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and feedback.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
- Perform general administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Present and deliver long-term solutions that significantly impact business and/or customer experience.
- Participate in networking and community service events.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education / Experience
- Currently enrolled student or recent college graduate (within 6 months) with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or Performance, Organizational Management, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Labor and Employee Relations, or related field.
- Minimum experience: No prior experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to work productively and proactively, independently or as part of a team.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
