The IT Implementation Support is responsible for aligning IT, customer and operational requirements to form a solution that can delivered thru application configuration and product development. The position would be responsible for implementing the FedEx Developed products and 3rd party WMS solutions to meet the defined solution capabilities. Position is responsible for helping develop automated testing to validate the solution. Provides continual feedback into the processes to drive effectiveness and efficiency for high quality solutions and product enhancements


•               Need a Production Support Analyst to work in a production support project.

•               Should have strong experience in Manhattan WMS (preferably v2018) in production support projects.

•               Should have strong technical experience in Unix/Linux, SQL/PLSQL for debugging issues and figure out the root cause for incidents.

•               Good communication skills and ability to handle critical incidents.

•               As per need, candidate should be able to coordinate with the client, onsite and offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes for support incidents.

•               Should have work experience any ticketing tool (preferably Service now), job schedulers and monitoring tools

•               Should possess excellent document creation skills

•               Hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL Procedures, Triggers, Unix Jobs/Deployment.

•               Experience in app support and knowledge on ITIL processes, - Service requests, Change management, - Incident management, - Problem management, Performance improvement etc.,

•               Review production support ticket information gathered from the business, Level 1 and 2 support teams

•               Resolve production support tickets within SLA guidelines

•               Proactively learn new technologies to support applications

•               Should be flexible to work in shifts (24 x 7).

•               Work closely with Project and Team Managers to provide status and other required information.

•               Should possess domain knowledge in Supply Chain management, logistics, warehouse management, distribution management inventory, process control and/or transportation

•               Interact heavily with technical architects and engineers on the customer side to facilitate deployment of MA products
