To directly sell all FedEx products and services to present FedEx customers and potential customers in a defined geographic territory resulting in net additional revenue to FedEx._x000D_

Sell all FedEx products and services to an existing customer base in a defined geographic territory with revenue generating responsibility as defined by FedEx management, resulting in net incremental revenue. Sell all FedEx products and services to non-FedEx customers within a defined geographic area; utilize all available sales tactics to continually add new customers in a revenue band defined by FedEx management. Develop and implement a lead generation process which utilizes all FedEx resources (Couriers, station employees, etc…) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads that result in incremental revenue. Develop and implement a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, trips, as well as any other sales activities defined by FedEx management. Develop and maintain a territory intelligence system that records, stores, and reports all sales activities, account information, market place and industry information, and competitive information as well as any other information deemed necessary by FedEx management. Handle and/or coordinate with station employees on all customer problem resolution activities and ensure a timely follow-up. Gather, prepare and submit all sales related reports to Sales Manager.

Bachelor's Degree/Equivalent. Two (2) years professional, commercial, or industrial sales experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self motivated. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize. Strong human relations and negotiation skills. Ability to make presentations to small and large groups. Travel required and must be computer literate. Fluent in English.


REQUISITOS

  • Licenciatura/equivalente.
  • Dos (2) años de experiencia en ventas profesionales, comerciales o industriales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Automotivado.
  • Capacidad para planificar, organizar y priorizar.
  • Fuertes relaciones humanas y habilidades de negociación.
  • Capacidad para realizar presentaciones a grupos pequeños y grandes.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Conocimientos de informática.
  • Manejo Fluido de Inglés (600 puntos TOEIC)

Responsabilidades:

  • Vender todos los productos y servicios de FedEx a una base de clientes existente en un territorio geográfico definido con la responsabilidad de generar ingresos según lo definido por la administración de FedEx, lo que resulta en ingresos incrementales netos
  • Vender todos los productos y servicios de FedEx a clientes que no sean FedEx dentro de un área geográfica definida; utiliza todas las tácticas de ventas disponibles para agregar continuamente nuevos clientes en una banda de ingresos definida por la administración de FedEx.
  • Desarrollar e implementa un proceso de generación de leads que utiliza todos los recursos de FedEx (mensajeros, empleados de estaciones, etc.) para garantizar un flujo constante de leads de calidad que generen ingresos incrementales.
  • Desarrollar e implementa un plan de trabajo de ventas y un cronograma que garantiza el logro mínimo de todas las actividades de ventas requeridas, incluidas llamadas de ventas, llamadas de servicio, presentaciones de propuestas, viajes, así como cualquier otra actividad de ventas definida por la administración de FedEx.
  • Desarrollar y mantiene un sistema de inteligencia de territorio que registra, almacena e informa todas las actividades de ventas, información de cuentas, información de mercado e industria, información competitiva y cualquier otra información que la gerencia de FedEx considere necesaria.
  • Manejar y / o coordinar con los empleados de la estación en todas las actividades de resolución de problemas del cliente, y asegura un seguimiento oportuno.
  • Reúne, prepara y envía todos los informes relacionados con las ventas al Gerente de ventas.
