Description

-

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Marketing Analyst (PMO) – Revenue Quality AI (Re‑Imagine RQM), which is a 12 months assignment (1 year contract).

Who we are:
FedEx is the largest express transportation company in the world, connecting more than 220 countries and territories. We work every moment to deliver the most important package of someone’s day. Our team of passionate people know their day-to-day work is invaluable in delivering outstanding experience to our customers. 530,000 team members strong, we are as diverse as the world we serve. We love what we do, and we do it well. Our reach is big, and so are our dreams. Join us and let's write our next chapter together.

What you will be doing:

Re‑Imagine RQM is our internal effort to build a full Revenue Quality Management (RQM) capability in Europe - creating practical, data-driven solutions that improve revenue quality and lay the foundation for an AI-enabled RQM program over time.

As the PMO Marketing Analyst, you will be the delivery engine for the Revenue Quality AI team. You will bring structure, pace and clarity across multiple initiatives, ensure governance forums are decision-ready and help the team translate insights into executed actions with measurable outcomes. This is a high-visibility opportunity for someone who enjoys working across teams, making progress happen and helping build a new capability from the ground up.

Key activities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery: build and maintain an integrated plan (milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners) and keep work moving across parallel initiatives.

  • Lead the program cadence: plan and facilitate recurring forums (weekly execution reviews, decision checkpoints, leadership updates) with clear actions, owners, and dates.

  • Ensure decision readiness: coordinate inputs and prepare concise, decision-ready materials for governance forums, including tracking follow-up actions after decisions are made.

  • Consolidate value tracking: partner with the hiring manager and workstream leads to align on “how success is measured,” then bring together the reporting produced by analysts into a consistent view of progress and outcomes.

  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies: proactively identify blockers, maintain a clear RAID log, and escalate or resolve issues to protect delivery.

  • Create clear stakeholder communications: produce concise updates and summaries that help cross-functional teams stay aligned and leadership stay informed.

  • Support scale readiness: capture lessons learned, standardize simple playbooks/ways of working, and help set up repeatable processes that can scale beyond the initial phase.

What do you bring with you:
We are looking for a motivated person who can bring structure to ambiguity and keep teams moving.

Required:

  • Project management expertise: proven ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional initiatives; manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Strong planning & organizational skills: comfortable structuring work, tracking progress, and managing multiple moving pieces in a deadline-driven environment.

  • Business acumen & collaboration: able to connect the dots across teams and translate different perspectives into a shared plan and clear next steps.

  • Analytical thinking: comfortable interpreting data outputs (e.g., from Excel and internal sources) to validate assumptions and support decision-making (you are not expected to do all deep analysis yourself).

  • Clear communication: able to create concise, audience-appropriate updates and decision-ready materials; confident facilitating discussions and driving closure.

  • Learning mindset: interest in working in a data-driven, AI-supported environment and helping build new ways of working.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting governance forums, decision packs, and benefits/value tracking.

  • Comfort using Asana (or similar tools) to track plans, actions, and dependencies.

• Attractive compensation package
• Training to get you started and on-the-job learning opportunities
• Extensive learning resources to further develop your skills and knowledge

Our Company

FedEx is one of the world's largest express transportation companies and has consistently been selected as one of the top 10 World’s Most Admired Companies by "Fortune" magazine. Every day FedEx delivers for its customers with transportation and business solutions, serving more than 220 countries and territories around the globe. We can serve this global network due to our outstanding team of FedEx team members, who are tasked with making every FedEx experience outstanding.

Our Philosophy

The People-Service-Profit philosophy (P-S-P) describes the principles that govern every FedEx decision, policy or activity. FedEx takes care of our people; they, in turn, deliver the impeccable service demanded by our customers, who reward us with the profitability necessary to secure our future. The essential element in making the People-Service-Profit philosophy such a positive force for the company is where we close the circle, and return these profits back into the business, and invest back in our people. Our success in the industry is attributed to our people. Through our P-S-P philosophy, we have a work environment that encourages team members to be innovative in delivering the highest possible quality of service to our customers. We care for their well-being, and value their contributions to the company.

Our Culture

Our culture is important for many reasons, and we intentionally bring it to life through our behaviors, actions and activities in every part of the world. The FedEx culture and values have been a cornerstone of our success and growth since we began in the early 1970’s. While other companies can copy our systems, infrastructure and processes, our culture makes us unique and is often a differentiating factor as we compete and grow in today’s global marketplace.
