Position Summary

The Sr. Manager Total Rewards is responsible for the design, development and management of the company’s compensation and benefit programs. In addition, the position manages the domestic health and welfare plans, 401(k) plans and select reward and recognition programs.

General Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team by training, developing and coaching team members on a consistent basis
Oversee the research, development and implementation of compensation and benefit programs and procedures and make recommendations to the exective team
Manage the company’s annual merit program, geographic pay system, compensation survey processes, and rewards and recognition programs
Manage the administration of team member benefit policies, procedures and practices, including health and welfare and 401(k) plans
Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs in a timely, organized and accurate manner
Manage the annual and monthly Human Resources financial budget reporting process
Generate compensation and benefit reports and data sufficient for presentation
Conduct necessary salary range and geographic cost of labor analyses
Answer compensation and benefit inquiries in a timely manner
Manage the company’s salary survey reporting and analysis program
Manage special projects and the business dictates
Oversee and manage departmental budgets
Consult with managers and HR partners on compensation and benefit issues
Coordinate company contest review and approval processes
All other duties as needed or required

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
10+ years experience in compensation
1+ years experience in benefits
2+ years of management experience preferred
Prior retail expeience preferred
Strong analytical and administrations skills
Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management
Advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
