Operational Learning (Design and Development); Leadership & Talent Development; Learning needs analysis; Instructional design; Train the trainer; Learning solution design and evaluation; Leadership and Talent Development program implementation; Learning advisory

Job Responsibilities:

  • Regional exposure in managing Learning & Development initiatives and projects
  • Design and curate learner-centric solutions with optimal learning approach and outcomes that meet business and learner needs
  • Understand, use and analyse data and insights to enhance learning products and outcomes
  • Assess learner needs, challenge assumptions; develop and execute human-centric ideas
  • Manage learning projects/ programs and/or serve as a core project team member to ensure all milestones are met on time
  • Facilitate and co-facilitate trainings including handling logistics
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Clearance and Ramp processes, including facilitating Ramp training.
  • Manage key business stakeholder relationships, effectively communicating and influencing them

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in any discipline

Language: Proficiency in English

Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Associate: Prior experience not required
  • Base/ Standard - Three (3) years of relevant experience
