As a Customer Financial Services Representative, you will be a member of the European Ship-To-Collect Team, supporting the European organization and our largest customers in all matters related with cash application, invoice disputes and collections .
We are looking for CFS Representative with detailed experience in finance collections and invoice disputes.
Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members.
This position will optimize Customer Experience and Bad Debt while playing a role to support FedEx Strategic accounts.
As a member of a European team, the candidate must be comfortable with remote teams.

What you will be doing:

Languages requirement - English is mandatory and other desired languages are German, French, Italian, Spanish
