Repair Tech Specialist
Description
Monitors and effectively address repair vendor performance to commitments and quality/reliability, particularly with regard to high value/complex aircraft components.
Essential Functions
- Review technical repair orders, perform detailed analytics, and manage repair vendors to ensure quality and reliability.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent in a Technical or Aerospace Discipline.
Current A&P Licenses required.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years related experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Environment.
PMO/Project Leadership Experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Understanding of Aircraft Maintenance procedures and technical documents.
Problem solving/QDM experience/Lean Experience.
Demonstrated contract administration and negotiation experience.
Job Conditions
Non-covered safety sensitive position; ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Preferred Qualifications: This is for the Structures POD in Aircraft Materiel. Structures experience preferred. This position will close 5PM December 11, 2025
