What will you do :
We’re seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize training programs that empower our global sales teams, improve performance, and drive revenue growth. You will collaborate across functions to create impactful content and support sales initiatives worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging sales training (ILT, VILT, e-learning, video).
Lead/support global project rollouts and enablement initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to create and update enablement assets.
Coach and mentor sales professionals to enhance skills and knowledge.
Innovate content delivery methods using micro-learning, simulations, and interactive media.
Analyze sales challenges, identify root causes, and develop solutions.
Monitor enablement metrics and ensure content accessibility and relevance.
You will be a good fit :
Bachelor’s degree or MBA; 5–6 years in sales and/or enablement.
Strong business acumen, global perspective, and industry knowledge.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Expertise in instructional design principles, theories, and strategies.
Proficient in rapid authoring tools (Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
Skilled in visual design (PowerPoint, Canva, Vyond).
Technical skills in LMS (SCORM, course assignment, reporting) and SharePoint administration.
Digital savviness with content platforms and analytics.
Project management and analytical abilities.
Influencing, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
