Location : Mumbai
What you will do : This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of sales incentive processes, including incentive plan implementation, system management, and payout operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Plan Execution: Support the implementation and operational execution of compensation and incentive plans across the organization.
- System Management: Maintain and update goals, manage regular system upkeep, and oversee payout processes within the Varicent platform.
- Eligibility Management: Review and validate eligibility criteria for incentive programs, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Commission Calculations: Assist in the calculation and validation of commission payouts, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.

Minimum Education B.Tech, MBA or any equivalent degree/diploma Minimum Experience : 4 years in sales solutioning, sales compensation, Sales incentive management Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong in written & verbal communication
- SQL basic knowledge (Beginner/Intermediate)
- Intermediate knowledge of MS excel and ppt
