To provide quality service at an advanced level to customers involving billing or service problems, and resolve these problems to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the company.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Four (4) years invoicing or customer service experience, (e.g. invoice adjustments, vendor accounting, credit and collections or trace departments) in a heavy customer environment, which includes one year of directly related domestic and/or international billing or invoice adjustment experience. Good communication skills (written and verbal).
