This position provides related administrative support to the manager, senior manager and/or staff.

Manager Admin Essential Duties

  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, travel, customer entertainment, and events.
  • Assist with meeting preparation.
  • Maintain the manager’s calendar.
  • Greet visitors, answers calls, convey messages and elevate issues as required.
  • Maintain personnel and customer files.
  • Assist manager as directed with the creation of reports, presentations, etc., including researching, compiling, manipulating data, and/or developing necessary information and materials.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new sales professionals.
  • Ensure the efficient daily operation of the office functions, including maintenance of supplies and equipment.
  • Take meeting notes, distribute minutes, and assist with manager follow-up.
  • Ensure audit compliance.
  • Compose and distribute correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the manager’s sales professionals as needed.
  • Assist the manager in other ways as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED; Requires four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years as an administrative assistant. Typing proficiency, PC experience and ability to use Microsoft Office software. CPS or one (1) year of related college courses. Good spelling, punctuation and basic English grammar skills. Ability to operate standard office equipment. Ability to prioritize mail and telephone calls for manager's review and/or action. Good human relations skills.
