Under limited supervision, define processes, technical infrastructure and architectural standards for development and implementation of systems at the enterprise level. Evaluate products and projects to ensure congruency with strategic initiatives and industry trends.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training, work experience and or related field. Five (5) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.

Special requirements are: Business intelligence and ETL.
At least two (2) of the following skills/technologies in each of the following:
Data Management:  MongoDB, CouchDB, Neo4j, Oracle 10g (PL/SQL).
Data Analysis: R Programming (CARET, RWeka), Python (Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, Pandas), Java (J2SE, J2EE), C++.
Big Data: Hadoop, Pig, Hive, HBase, Amazon Kinesis.
Data formats: JSON, RDF, Unstructured, Web, Regex.
Machine Learning: Predictive Modelling, Unsupervised & Supervised learning, SVM, Decision trees, and Time Series analysis.
Tools: RapidMiner, SPSS, SAS, Google Analytics, Excel.
Operating Systems: Windows, UNIX shell scripting, Linux, iOS, BackTrack 5. Visualization: D3.js, Tableau, Tibco Spotfire, Gephi, ggplot2.
Version Control tools: Github, Enterprise Metadata Management, IBM Clear Case.
