To plan, organize and control the payroll function ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of wages in compliance with policies and procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
Ensures accurate payments of federal, state and local payroll taxes and corporate liabilities.
Represents the department to senior management.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, accounting, finance or related field.
Eight (8) years professional finance or accounting experience.
Knowledge of payroll related laws, regulations and systems.
Strong analytical, communication, and human relations skills.
A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

Highly effective leadership experience and the ability to coach at all levels Travel between locations (Pittsburgh and Memphis) required.
Experience prioritizing work requests Ability to ensure appropriate controls are in place and measured across the operation Oversight includes Payroll Processing for approximately 300,000 employees,
Management of Payroll Vendors, Garnishment processing Collaboration with various internal business partners at all OpCos Time management and ability to meet deadlines consistently
Strong organization, communication and prioritizing skills
Position is domiciled in Collierville, Tennessee.

Relocation assistance is considered with this position based on business needs.
