Designs, develops and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Create, uses and guides staff in advanced computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis. Leads/manages peer and cross functional/departmental analysis in sales and/or Solutions projects. Mentors less senior staff. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best practices. Presents solutions to upper management.
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field. Minimum five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Innovative analytical skills. Superior demonstrated skills in access, excel and other database/analytical tools. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
Special requirements are: 2 years of experience with the following: Apex and Java; Salesforce.com, Force.com, data loader, and workbench; SQL and Oracle; SDLC, Waterfall, Iterative and Agile methodologies; requirements gathering and gap analysis; CRM business processes re-engineering and solution designing involving best practices, adoption governance and technical leadership, performance and scalability optimization, troubleshooting and debugging, data management and data modeling, systems integration, and functional testing. Requires the following salesforce.com certifications: certified administrator, certified advanced administrator, certified force.com developer, certified force.com advanced developer, certified platform app builder, certified sales cloud consultant, certified data architecture and management designer.
