Designs, develops, implements and maintains innovative and replicable programs/procedures supporting FedEx sales, senior leadership, customers and corporate initiatives creating value and effective strategies for FedEx. Requires the application of innovative specialized/technical skill sets relevant to the role and objective of the department. Works individually And leads peer and cross functional teams with internal/external customer Interaction. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently. Mentors less sr. staff. Leads brainstorming, review and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best methods. Acts with senior level authority. Presents solutions.

The FedEx Sales Enablement team is part of the Solutions organization and the focus of the organization is on supporting Sales. Sales Enablement includes three important teams:
•    Sales University which serves as a business school for Sales by enabling relevant, continuous growth and learning in a flexible, on-demand environment.
•    The Go-to-Sales team who works to increase Sales’ efficiency and effectiveness through demand management and sales enablement.
•    The Sales Support & Content Management team which improves Sales’ effectiveness by optimizing the post-sale support experience, actively managing Sales content, and supporting improvements to content delivery systems. 
This position reports to the Leadership Development team within FedEx Sales University. This team is responsible for developing, launching and maintaining a curriculum for Sales leaders.  

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

•    Understanding of principles of management, leadership, human motivation and career development
•    Ability to collaborate to create standardized learning programs and update curriculum
•    Ability to craft and deliver executive level communication
•    Expertise in adult learning principles, curriculum design and development, learning styles and group processes, ability to apply learning theory to the learning experience and define learning goals and objectives
•    Some travel may be required

Pay Band:  SL
Domicile: Memphis, TN
Relocation will be considered for this position, but will be based on business decision.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or a related field. Minimum of five (5) years experience in designing, maintaining, and/or implementation of solutions to complex business situations. Experience is specifically related to the department's specialty. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Advanced and innovative application of skills with business software, spreadsheet applications and/or graphics or web development. Ability to plan and work on multiple assignments concurrently. Ability to present solutions to senior leadership. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
